The pillow fillings are made of extremely soft, open-cell foam. In order to maintain the excellent properties of this material in the long term, the cushions should be cared for and cleaned in accordance with the material.
The best way to clean the cushions is to wash them with a commercially available mild detergent at temperatures up to 60° C. It is not advisable to use washing additives that contain a lot of chlorine or are chemically aggressive. A brownish discolouration of the foam cannot be avoided, but this does not result in any loss of quality.
After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible using the spin cycle. It is best to let the drained cushions air dry on a rack. The cushions can also be tumble dried at up to 60°C, but over-drying should be avoided.
In order for the box bed to retain its shape over the long term, it must be shaken up regularly.
Mattress

After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible by spinning. It is best to let the drained mattress air dry on a rack. The mattress can also be tumble dried up to 60°C.

When cleaning, please avoid solvents/concentrated abrasives or solvent-based cleaning products that contain DMF (dimethylformadide), ketones, esters, methylbenzene or toluene.
