Shipments and returns
Effective March 1, 2026, all orders placed for delivery to the United States will be shipped on a Prepaid Duties Paid (PDDP) basis. Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be calculated and charged at checkout. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
Within Greece, there is the possibility of sending with ELTA Courier.
Charge:
- Up to 2 kg: 3 €
- Per kilo after 2 kg: 1,00 €

Delivery Time
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
Within Greece delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping Fees

All orders shipped outside the EU are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and are limited to a maximum order value of €750 per shipment. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
- Return of part or all of your order can be made within 14 days of delivery, to the address: Faidrou 13, Athens, 11635, Greece), after contacting us at [email protected].
- For the return of part or all of your order, it is necessary that the products are in their original packaging and in good condition.
- For the return the shipping and return shipping costs are at your expense.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- After checking the returned products you will be refunded to your bank account or card.
