What should I do if my package is damaged?
Please report any transport damage immediately so that we can resolve it with the transport service provider. Please send us a description of the damage, as well as photos of the damage, the damaged box and the shipping label to [email protected]
Important: Transport damages must also be reported directly to the respective national shipping carrier. A claim can only be processed if the report is submitted to them within the required time frame.
